摘要 分析了员工工作家庭冲突的影响因素,在此基础上,从国家、企业和个人3个方面探讨了相应的解决策略。 This paper analyzes the influencing factors of employees＇work-family conflict,and based on this,probes into the corresponding solutions from three aspects of the country,enterprise and individual.
