摘要
班主任担负着对学生进行管理、教育和服务三方面的重要责任。结合高职高专班主任工作的实践,探讨了在新形势下如何做好班主任工作的方式和方法。
The class advisers shoulder the important responsibility in three aspects of the management,education and service.Connecting with the practice of class advisers＇work in higher vocational college,this paper probes into some ways and methods for doing well the work of class advisers under the new situation.
