高校教学秘书素质的高低、能力的大小直接影响高校教学管理水平和教学质量。探讨了高校教学秘书应具备的思想素质和业务能力。
The qualities and abilities of teaching secretary of university have direct influences on the teaching management level and teaching quality of university.This paper probes into that the teaching management of university must be guided by the scientific concept of development,and puts forward the qualities and abilities that the teaching secretary of university should possess.
