摘要
在一个文化冲突、文化融合与文化多元发展的时代,如何融东西方管理文化精华为一体,构建具有东方管理文化特色的企业文化是中国企业的企业文化向纵深发展的重要路径,本文将以具有东方文化背景的中日优秀企业的企业文化元素作为企业文化评价维度,通过实证分析,比较同为受儒家文化深刻影响的中日企业的企业文化现状,探究处于高度经济发展期的中国企业的企业文化和获得巨大经济成功的日本企业的企业文化的真实内涵,剖析推动中日企业的发展的价值动力源。
As a kind of subculture, the enterprise culture represents the values, beliefs, and norms of behavior of an enterprise, which, to a great extent, is influenced by a traditional culture in a given area or country. In the present day featured with cultural conflicts and cultural fusion as well as the development of multi - cultures, it is of great necessity to focus on issues like how to further develop Oriental management culture, how to combine essential merits of eastern and western cultures so as to create a new enterprise culture reflecting distinctive Oriental management culture leading to further development for eastern enterprises. Based on present - day Oriental management culture study, this case study aims at probing into the essence of Chinese enterprises in a high - speed development period and the key to great economic success achieved by Japanese enterprises as well as the value force contributing to the development of Chinese and Japanese enterprises by comparing Chinese and Japanese enterprise cultures, both of which are deeply influenced by Confucianism,.
