摘要
为对高层管理团队的绩效进行科学合理的评价,须将企业的绩效评价与团队绩效评价区分开来,更多地关注团队能力的综合度量和考虑宏观环境的影响,特别是要注重对其行为的观测和度量。参照企业的价值创造过程,可将高层管理团队能力表现归纳为团队、员工、科技、资金、产品和市场六个方面相应力度的动态变量集,同时引入模糊数学等工具,通过采取多种模糊变换同步进行并作比较分析和引入数学期望的改进算法,进一步提高评价方法的可靠性。
To evaluate top management team performance scientifically and rationally, it shall distinguish the enterprise performance and team performance. It is important to be concerned about the ability of team and consider the integrated effects of the environment. Reference to corporate value chain, top management team performance can be sunned up as six aspects of dynamic variables. Using the fuzzy mathematics theory and mathematical expectation, it is able to further improve the reliability of evaluation methods.
