我国自1980年建立第一家合资企业以来,至今已有近30年历史。在这30年中,它是怎样发展过来的,内部存在着什么样的利益矛盾;到了21世纪前后,外方为什么会变脸——变合资为独资;今后的发展趋势怎样,我们应以什么心态对待、宜采取什么样措施?这既是当前急需研究的一个现实问题,也是如何进一步对外开放的一个理论问题。

Sino - foreign joint ventures have a history for 30 years since the first one was established in 1980.
