在阐述IT外包内涵的基础上,结合北京工商大学在数字化校园建设和管理过程中的实际经验,详细分析了高校信息外包的动因和方式,并对我国高校开展IT外包进行了展望。

Based on expounding the connotations of IT outsourcing,and connecting with the actual experiences of Beijing Technology and Business University in the construction and management of digital campus,this paper analyzes in detail the motivation and mode of universities’IT outsourcing,and looks forward to the prodpect of universities’IT outsourcing.
