摘要
从网站性能、论文质量、期刊质量3个方面的13个指标对纯网络电子期刊《中国科技论文在线精品论文》进行评价研究,通过评估既可认识其不足,也可以给图书馆选择馆藏提供依据。
This paper evaluates and researches the pure network electronic journal—the Best Online Papers in CSTP with 13 indexes from three aspects of website performance,paper quality and journal quality,and points out that the evaluation can not only show the shortages of these journals but also provide the foundation for library to choose the collections.
