摘要
在总结有关薪酬激励机制相关论述的基础上,结合国外企业经营者薪酬机制的特点,分析了国有企业薪酬激励体制存在的问题以及改进措施。
Based on summing up the relevant discussions on salary incentive mechanism,and connecting with the characteristics of salary mechanisms of domestic and foreign enterprise managers,this paper analyzes the problems existing in salary incentive mechanism of state-owned enterprise and some improving measures.
