谷氨酰胺对新生仔猪生长性能、血清激素水平及小肠黏膜酶活性的影响 被引量:24

Effects of Glutamine on Growth Performance,Serum Hormone Levels and Small Intestinal Mucosal Enzyme Activities of Neonatal Piglets

摘要 本试验旨在研究谷氨酰胺(Gln)对新生仔猪生长性能、血清激素水平和小肠黏膜中相关酶活性的影响。试验选用4日龄新生仔猪36头,分成3组,每组4个重复,每个重复3头(2公1母),各组日粮中分别添加0(对照组)、0.5%和1.0%谷氨酰胺。试验期18 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,日粮中添加1.0%谷氨酰胺显著提高了仔猪4~14日龄平均日采食量(P<0.05);日粮中添加0.5%谷氨酰胺显著提高了仔猪14日龄血清胃泌素含量(P<0.05);添加1.0%谷氨酰胺也显著提高了仔猪21日龄血清胃泌素含量(P<0.05);仔猪21日龄时,添加0.5%和1.0%谷氨酰胺显著提高了空肠黏膜中鸟氨酸脱羧酶(ODC)、Ca2+,Mg2+-ATP酶和Na+,K+-ATP酶的活性(P<0.05);添加1.0%谷氨酰胺显著降低了空肠黏膜中谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)和鸟氨酸转氨酶(OAT)的活性(P<0.05)。日粮中添加1.0%谷氨酰胺显著提高了仔猪14日龄空肠黏膜蔗糖酶、麦芽糖酶和乳糖酶活性(P<0.05)。综上所述,日粮中添加1.0%谷氨酰胺提高了人工饲养新生仔猪14日龄肠道消化能力,改善了21日龄空肠黏膜中与谷氨酰胺代谢相关的酶活性。 This study was conducted to determine the effects of glutamine (Gin) supplementation on growth performance, serum hormone levels and small intestinal mucosal enzyme activities of neonatal piglets. Thirty-six 4-day-old neonatal piglets were divided into 3 groups containing 4 replicates of 3 piglets (2 males and 1 female). Piglets in 3 groups were fed basal diet with supplementation of 0 (control group), 0.5% and 1.0% Gin, respectively. The experiment lasted for 18 d. The results showed as follows., compared with control group, dietary supplementation with 1.0% Gin increased average daily feed intake of piglets at 4-14 d of age (P〈0.05). Diet supplemented with 0.5% Gin significantly increased the concentrations of serum gastrin of piglets at 14 d of age (P〈0.05) ; supplementation with 1.0% Gln also significantly increased the concentrations of gastrin in serum at 21 d of age in piglets (P〈0.05). At 21 d of age, diet supplemented with 0.5% and 1.0% Gin significantly increased the activities of ornithine decarboxylase, Ca^2+ , Mg^2+ -ATPase and Na^+ , K^+ -ATPase in jejunal mucosal (P〈0.05) ; supplementation with 1.0% Gin significantly decreased the activities of glutamine synthetase and ornithine aminotransferase (P〈0.05). Supplementation with 1.0% Gin significantly increased the activities of sucrase, maltase and lactase in jejunal mucosal of piglets at 14 d of age (P〈0.05). In conclusion, dietary supplementation with 1.0% Gin could increase intestinal ability to digest in artificial reared neonatal piglets at 14 d of age, and improve metabolism related enzyme activities with Gln in jejunal mucosal at 21 d of age.
