摘要
以耐和不耐低钾玉米自交系为材料,采用不同钾浓度的营养液进行苗期培养,分析保护酶类(SOD、POD、CAT)活性、AsA、Pro含量与MDA的关系。结果表明:耐低钾玉米自交系与不耐自交系相比,无论钾浓度高低均能保持较低的MDA含量,且与非酶性抗氧化剂AsA和渗透调节物质Pro含量增加存在一定的关系;高钾条件(3.125 mmol/L)增加CAT的活性,中钾条件(2.5 mmol/L)增强SOD活性。
Using tolerant and intolerant maize inbred lines as experiment materials and adopting different potassium concentration to seedling culture to analyze protection enzyme (SOD, POD, CAT) activity, the relation between content of AsA, Pro and MDA was analyzed. The results indicated that tolerant maize inbred lines could keep a lower MAD content regardless of high or low potassium concentration and had some relation with non-enzyme antioxidant ASA and increase of osmotic adjustment substance. CAT activity increased under high potassium concentration (3.125 mmol/L) and SOD activity increased under moderate potassium concentration (2.5 mmol/L) compared with intolerant maize inbred lines.
