摘要
稻壳类生物质材料可以作为烧结制品的造孔剂来制备轻质高强、具有良好保温隔热效果的建筑功能材料。在相同的烧成制度下,粉煤灰页岩基体样品的气孔率为37.25%,体积密度为1.42 g/cm^3,而掺加了试样体积比15%的0.150.3 mm稻壳的试件的气孔率和体积密度分别为41.92%、1.33 g/cm^3,当稻壳粒径增至0.30.6 mm时,气孔率和体积密度分别为43.80%和1.35 g/cm^3。稻壳中的粗纤维和木质素为有机物,对试件的烧成起促进作用。
Biological material such as rice hull can act as pore maker to produce functional architecture material with lightweight,high strength and good performance of thermal insulation.At the same sintering system,the fly ash and shale control samples' porosity is 37.25% and volume concentration is 1.42 g/cm3,while the values of samples added with 0.15-0.3 mm rice hull powder by 15%(by volume) are 41.92% and 1.33 g/cm3,and when the particle size of the rice hull increasing to 0.3~0.6 mm,the value are 43.80% and 1.35 g/cm3.The crude fiber and lignin within the powder are organics,which promote samples' sintering process.
