采用变速恒频机组的风电场有功功率波动对系统节点频率影响的动态评估模型 被引量:15

摘要 并网风电的功率波动是由风速的随机性引起的,会影响电力系统的频率质量。为了研究采用变速恒频机组风电场的风电功率波动对电网节点频率的影响,提出了考虑直流潮流、发电机和调速器的动态模型以及采用节点动态频率的定义的评估模型。基于该模型评估了并网风电对主要负荷或传输节点频率所造成的影响,同时考虑了网络结构及发电机和调速器的动态特性等因素,能够适用于多风电输入及多节点频率输出的评估。基于RTDS系统的仿真结果证明了理论的正确性。 The randomicity of wind speed causes the power fluctuation of grid-connected wind farm,which may affect the frequency quality of power system. To investigate the influence of power deviation on the node frequency,an evaluation model is proposes,which considers the DC power flow,the dynamic model of generator with governor and the definition of node dynamic frequency. It not only investigates the influence of grid-connected wind farm on main loads and transmission node frequency,but also considers different factors,such as the network structure,generator and governor dynamic performance,etc.,suitable for the evaluation of multiple wind power inputs and multiple node frequency outputs. The simulative results based on RTDS validate its correctness.
