摘要
介绍了电力系统实时动态监测系统的构成,分析了数据集中器的任务特点,对基于INtime的Windows实时扩展技术进行了研究,提出了采用Windows XP+INtime的数据集中器设计方案。该方案基于标准的PC硬件平台,利用实时多任务操作系统INtime的实时性完成相量数据的接收、处理、转发,利用Windows操作系统强大的图形界面功能,实现对PMU装置的运行管理功能。在软件结构上,把数据集中器实时数据传输任务设计成INtime进程,把运行管理非实时任务设计成Windows进程,利用INtime的共享内存和信号量机制实现Windows进程和INtime进程之间通信。通过对数据集中器的测试和现场试运行,验证了该方案的适用性。
The constitution of real-time dynamic monitoring system for power system is described,the features of data concentrator task are analyzed, the INtime-based Windows real-time extension technology is studied,and the data concentrator with Windows XP + INtime is designed. Based on the standard PC hardware platform, the INtime real-time multi-task operating system is used to receive, process and transfer the phase data,and the powerful graphical interfaces of Windows are used to manage the PMUs. For software architecture ,the real-time data transfer task of data concentrator is designed as the INtime process and the non-real-time management task as the Windows process. The INtime shared memory and semaphore mechanism are used to realize the communication between Windows process and INtime Process. The performance test and site operation of data concentrator show its feasibility.
