儿童癫痫门诊临床药学服务模式实践

Pharmaceutical Care Pattern for Out-patient of Epilepsy Children

目的:探讨儿童癫痫门诊的药学服务工作要点。方法:归纳儿童癫痫门诊医师、患儿用药误区,介绍临床药师开展药学服务的内容。结果与结论:临床药师通过提供各种药物信息、参与药物选择、用药安全性监察、为癫痫患儿树立正确的用药及疾病认识等工作,可促使癫痫患儿安全、有效、经济地使用药物。

OBJECTIVE： To discuss the key points of pharmaceutical care for out-patient of epilepsy children. METHODS： The errors of drug use of out-patient physicians and patients were analyzed to introduce the content of pharmaceutical care performed by clinical pharmacist. RESULTS＆CONCLUSION： Clinical pharmacists can provide kinds of drug information, participat in choice of medicine, monitor drug use safety and establish correct realization of epilepsy children on disease and drug use so as to achieve the object of safe, effective and economical drug use.
