Approaches for Clinical Pharmacists to Develop Pharmaceutical Care for COPD Patients

目的:探讨临床药师为慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者实施药学监护的路径和方法。方法:采用美国卫生保健机构联合鉴定委员会批准的药学监护方法,结合我国临床药学特点,拟定COPD患者药学监护的路径和方法。结果与结论:通过实施药学监护,可明显提高COPD患者用药的安全性、有效性和经济性,可改善患者预后。

OBJECTIVE： To explore an approach and method for the pharmaceutical care for COPD patients. METHODS： According to characteristics of clinical pharmacy in China, the approaches and methods of pharmaceutical care for COPD patients were established by referring to approaches for pharmaceutical care issued by Joint Accreditation Commission of Health Care Organizations. RESULTS＆CONCLUSION：Pharmaceutical care could apparently improve drug use more safely, effectively and economically as well as prognosis for patients.
