摘要
中国人民政治协商会议是中国共产党领导的多党合作与政治协商制度的主要组织形式。这个制度的形成和建立,经历了"政治协商会议"、"新政协"、"中国人民政治协商会议"三个性质、内容不同的阶段。在各民主党派拥护中共领导、拥护新民主主义的基础上,通过了《中国人民政治协商会议组织法》,标志着中国共产党领导的多党合作与政治协商制度的建立。
The Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference(CPPCC) is the main form of the system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation led by the CPC.The establishment of this system went through three stages different from each other both in nature and content:the'Political Consultative Conference','New Political Consultative Conference'and the'CPPCC'.On the basis of expressed support of the democratic parties for the leadership of the CPC and new democracy the Organic Law of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference was adopted,marking the formal establishment of the system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation.
