刘少奇与20世纪60年代初的政法工作调整

Liu Shaoqi and Readjustments to the Judicial,Procuratorial and Public Security Work in the Early 1960s

1958年"大跃进"后,由于受"左"的指导思想的影响,政法工作出现了不少偏差。刘少奇通过调查研究,提出了一系列重要思想和意见,对政法工作的纠偏和调整起了重要作用。特别是刘少奇指导中央政法小组起草了《关于一九五八年以来政法工作的总结报告》,这一指导性文件有力地推动了政法工作的调整。

In the wake of launching the'Great Leap Forward'in 1958,a lot of deviations occurred in the judicial,procuratorial and public security work under the sway of'Left'guiding principles. Through his investigations and studies Liu Shaoqi put forward a series of important ideas and suggestions that played an important role in correcting these deviations and making readjustments to the judicial, procuratorial and public security work.More importantly,in order to make a comprehensive summing-up of experience and lessons of the judicial,procuratorial and public security work since 1958 and define the principles and policies.in this regard,Liu Shaoqi directed the Group of Judicial, Procuratorial and Public Security Affairs of the CPC Central Committee in drafting the'Summary Report of Judicial,Procuratorial and Public Security Work Since 1958'.This guiding document forcefully promoted the readjustments to the judicial,procuratorial and public security work.
