新中国国防经济学的演变因素与特征

Factors and Features of the Evolution of New China's National Defense Economics

从文献计量角度研究新中国国防经济学发展,可将其分成三个阶段,即1985年之前的学科草创、1986年到20世纪末的学科建设、21世纪以来的学科转型。新中国国防经济学的演进与国际战略态势的演变、与我国国家发展战略变化、与国防战略和军事战略发展、与国家实力增强,以及与经济学术进步息息相关,战争形态的发展也推动新中国国防经济学的进步。从整体上看,新中国国防经济学发展呈阶段性、动态性和不均衡性,滞后于主流经济学发展。进一步的研究表明,改革开放后的国防经济学发展表现出跳跃性、平稳性和连续性的特征,未来则有与主流经济学相融合的趋势。

The development of New China's national defense economics,if studied by means of bibliometrics,may be divided into three stages:the initial stage of the discipline before 1985,the disciplinary construction from 1986 to the end of the 20th century,and the disciplinary transformation since the beginning of the new century.New China's national defense economics as a whole has developed in stages and in a dynamic and unbalanced way,lagging behind the mainstream economics.If we divide the sixty years equally into two periods,the development of national defense economics in the latter thirty years was marked by leaps,steadiness and continuity and development in the future will point to a trend of integration with the main economics.
