西宁地区酸碱紊乱代偿公式研究

A AVAILABLE COMPENSATARY FORMULA FOR ACID—BASIC DISORDER IN XINING

目的：高原地区健康人血气参考值与平原有明显差异，呼衰、酸碱紊乱的判断标准也相应变化，复合性酸碱紊乱时肺、肾代偿范围亟待研究，并找出适合西宁地区酸碱紊乱代偿公式。方法：选用西宁地区各类酸碱紊乱的临床资料，用直线回归、回归均方差计算。结果：西宁地区各类酸碱紊乱的代偿公式，并与平原公式相比较，差异显著。

Objective:To study a compensary formula for acid-basic disorder to avail diagnosis in Xining.Method:The fomule was taken with clinical data of acid-basic disorder by regression analysis.Results:the formula availed to clinical diagnosis of acidbasic disorder in Xining area compared with the formula at lowland.Conclusion:It would be not availed at high altitude using the Compensary formula availed to diagnosis acid-basic disorder in sea level.
