电阻测量分选控制系统的开发

摘要 为了满足电阻测量分选自动化控制生产的需求,要求对所有电阻片的阻值进行精确的采集和处理,以及准确地分选控制。由PC、NI-GPIB卡、Agilent34401A数字万用表,研华PCL-725带隔数字量输入输出卡,加一些机电装置,可以组成一套电阻测量分选控制系统,完成电阻片的分选处理。本文主要讨论了在此平台上开发PC的控制系统,给出分选系统设计原理图,使用VB来实现IEEE488.2对agilent34401A数字万用表的控制和电阻测量值的数据采集,以及通过PCL-725板卡对测量之后的电阻片进行分选控制。 In order to suit for production needs of resistance measurement sorting automatic control , called for the resistance of the varistor accurate collection and processing, as well as control over sorting precisely. By the PC, NIGPIB card, Agilent34401A digital multimeter, Advantech PCL-725 with every other digital input and output cards , plus a number of electrical and mechanical installations composition of a resistance measuring sorting equipment system to dealing with the separation of resistance. This article discusses the development of this platform, PC-control system, is given sorting system design schematics, and the use of VB to achieve IEEE488.2 right agilent34401A digital multimeter resistance measurement values of the control and data acquisition through the PCL-725 board, after measuring the resistance of sorting control.
