摘要 提出了一种基于子系统划分的直流输电系统可靠性分析方法,运用故障树分析法(FTA)和时间频率法(FD)建立起直流输电系统可靠性评估模型。提出基于有效的直流可靠性基础数据统计的直流停运模型,方法普适性较高,可更好服务于可靠性数据的统计和共享。模型建立的故障树下行至主要元件层面且解决统计中存在重叠和缺漏因素,更加适用于工程应用。模型和方法可计及各子系统和主要元件对停运的影响,可以借此探索提高可靠性的措施,为寻求设备和子系统经济技术最优配置方案提供有效基础参数,并为解决"维数灾"提供组合模型。 A reliability assessment model of HVDC was proposed, which is based on subsystems division. FTA and FD method was adoptsed to establish a reliability assessment model of HVDC. The proposed methodology can be used for data statistics in engineering application and serve for reliability assessment in other HVDC system for its general data statistic method. The model can consider nearly every main asset and try to solve the problem of existing overlapping or omission in FTA analysis, and consider effect of outages of subsystems and components to the HVDC reliability. The model and methodology is helpful to not only provide optimum allocation and combined model for the HVDC construction and deal with "curse of dimensionality" in reliability assessment, but also take measures to overcome the weakness.
