Discussion on the Mode of Occupational Health Supervision in Shanghai

分析了上海市职业卫生监管面临的新旧职业卫生问题并存、政府对职业病防治工作重视不够、用人单位主体责任落实不到位、职业卫生服务发展受限等诸多挑战,阐述了上海市为应对这些挑战,理清职业卫生监管思路、建立职业卫生管理框架、探索职业卫生监管模式及其取得的成效。

This article analyzed the challenges we faced in occupational health supervision in Shanghai, such as undergoing new and old occupational health problems, not attaching importance to occupational disease control and prevention by the government, not carrying out responsibilities by the employers, being restricted of the development of occupational health service, and so on. It also explained the methods and achievements for meeting these challenges. For example, we sorted out ideas of occupational health supervision, established a frame of occupational health management, and explored a mode of occupational health supervision.
