OUTLINE / On January 20, a select audience witnessed a unique fashion show:the opening soiree of the Salon du Chocolate Shanghai 2010.Accompanying one familiar opera aria after another, outfits made of delicate handcrafted chocolate and traditional fabrics were paraded,making up a veritable feast for the eyes and ears.There were even handcrafted high-heeled shoes,as well as iconic symbols for China and Shanghai(dragon,tiger,the Oriental Pearl Tower,and the Bund) made of chocolate.
