摘要
利用有限元方法研究相变材料,我们可以观察到一些有趣的现象:当材料的一部分发生由奥氏体到马氏体的转变时,在循环载荷的作用下材料整体显示出Bauschinger效应,而在计算中我们一直取马氏体和奥氏体为等向强化。并且进一步发现,随着相变分数的增加,Bauschinger效应变得更加明显。利用均匀化方法,找到混合强化的等效材料对原来相变材料的Bauschinger效应进行了模拟。
In this paper, the finite element Mmethod is employed to investigate the bauschinger effect of the material with transformation when a part of the materialis under the transformation from the austensite to the martensite during a cyclic loading. The whole body of the material under investigation does display the Baushinger effect; however, in the computation the parent phase and the marten-site are taken as isotropic hardening bodies thus far. Moreover, numerical results show that the Bauschinger effect becomes more obvious with increasing fraction of transformation. Using the homogeneous method, a simulation material which is mixed hardening is found to simulate the Baushinger effect of the material with transformation.
