自动脱螺纹的注塑模设计

摘要 本文从一套自动脱螺纹的注塑模设计,分析了螺纹制件的成型工艺,着重阐述了塑件自动从模具螺纹型芯上脱落的结构设计特点和工作过程。通过采用定模滑块抽芯和液压泵的作用,大大提高了螺纹制件的生产效率,降低了人员的生产强度。经生产验证该模具结构动作稳定可靠、使用寿命长、生产工艺合理、产品符合技术要求。节约生产成本实现自动化批量生产的目的。 According to design of injection mould for automatic thread relieving, this paper analyzes molding process of threaded part, emphasizes introduction of features of structural design and working process for automatic relieving of plastic parts from mold core with thread. Production efficiency of threaded parts is greatly increased and production strength of personnel reduced by using effects of core pulling via fixed mold slide block and hydraulic pump. According to production validation, this mold structure provides stable and reliable actions and long service life. Production process is reasonable and product meets the technical requirements, through which the purpose of saving production cost and achieving automatic mass production.
