浅谈阻抗中的选择自主权问题

探讨了在心理治疗过程中患者对于治疗方法、医生、配合程度和治疗时间等方面如何行使选择自主权的就医心理,分析了患者选择自主权给临床及科研带来的阻抗等问题,提出在尊重患者选择自主权的同时,通过社会和医务工作者逐渐引导患者理性地认识疾病的本质,达到医患双方意志高度协调与统一,从而促进疾病的治疗与康复。

This is to analyze and discuss psychological issues in treatment, where patients may encounter various options concerning therapeutic approaches, preference to certain therapists and period of treatment. Problems caused by resistance are brought up to clinicians and researchers. It aims to emphasize that the consensus can be reached from both patients＇ side and clinicians＇ side. On one hand, patients＂ preference to treatment should be respected, and on the other hand, so- cialists and medical service providers should guide patients to be aware of nature of diseases, therefore therapeutic and re- habilitative effects can be improved.
