This is introduce the origin of Good Samaritan Law, which exist in American and European countries, to pardon well--intentioned responder who help victims but bring harm to them. It recommend its obligation and immunity to ＂Good Samaritan ＂, analyze the meaning and discuss the legislation about pre--hospital care in China, with the aim of promoting more ＂first responders＂ to participate in pre--hospital care actively.
