摘要
介绍知识服务产生的背景,归纳当前国内外关于知识服务的定义并结合知识服务开展的实践,指出其存在的不足。在此基础上重新界定知识服务的概念并分析其主要特征。认为对知识服务的进一步研究必须切实抓住知识服务的定义和主要特征,并结合知识服务的应用需求和实践开展现状,以促进知识服务进一步向前发展。
The authors introduce backgrounds that initiate the emerging of knowledge services, and summarize existing definitions and their flaws by studying the practices of knowledge services. Therefore, the authors redefine the definition of knowledge services by analyzing its primary characteristics. Under the specific research field, the authors suggest that the further study of knowledge services should tightly seize its definition and the main features, combined with the practice of knowledge services, so as to effectively promote the further development of knowledge services.
