摘要
阐述信息素养是联合国教科文组织优先发展的目标之一,结合政府开展信息素养教育和全民积极终身学习的四个关键领域——学习和教育、卫生与社会服务、商业和经济发展、政府管理与公民权利,探讨library 2.0在其中的作用,认为library 2.0是开展信息素质教育和终身学习的新平台。
Information literacy is one of UNESC priority development goals. The author makes an analysis of function of Library 2.0 practice areas: Information Literacy Education & lifelong learning, in the context of four key sector domains, that is in Learning and Education; Health and Human Services; Business and Economic Development; Governance and Citizenship;and believe that library 2.0 is a new platform to develop information literacy and lifelong learning.
