摘要
针对城市高中压配电网的长期无功优化规划问题,提出了基于启发式算法和Bender’s分解技术的两段式求解方法。该方法将启发式算法、Bender’s分解和线性规划等技术相结合,充分保证了系统的可求解性和解的合理性,将其应用于实际电力系统规划中取得了良好的效果。
This paper studies the long-term optimal reactive power planning (RPP) problem of urban high and middle voltage power distribution network. A two-stage algorithm is developed on the basis of heuristic method and Bender's decomposition technique. It ensures feasibility and reasonability of RPP solution by taking advantage of heuristic method, Bender's decomposition technique and linear planning. The applications in practical power networks are fairly satisfactory.
