摘要
用超临界二氧化碳染色法对超细涤纶织物的染色状况分别从时间、温度、压力方面进行了考察研究.优化出超临界二氧化碳中分散红3B对超细涤纶织物的染色工艺:20MPa、110℃染30min,并比较了染色的K/S值.结果表明:超临界状态下染色远比高温高压染色的超细涤纶得色深,且色牢度优于高温高压染色.
Dyeing behaviors of supercritical carbon dioxide on superfine polyester fibers were investigated from three factors including dyeing time, temperature and pressure. The optimum dyeing process of Disperse Red 3B dyed superfine polyester fabric in supercritical carbon dioxide: 20 MPa,110 ℃ and 30 min. And K/S val- ues of dyed fabrics were compared. The results showed that the color yield of fabric dyed in supercritical state was deeper than that of high temperature and pressure dyeing, and the high temperature and pressure dyeing was also superior.
