一种新型抗菌棉织物的制备

摘要 将MCT-β-环糊精(MCT-β-CD)接枝于棉织物上,利用"锚固"在棉织物上的β-CD空腔充载抗菌剂硝酸咪康唑,制备一种新型的抗菌棉织物.MCT-β-CD接枝棉织物最佳工艺条件为:MCT-β-CD80g/L,Na2CO360g/L,160℃焙烘3min.经MCT-β-CD接枝改性后再充载硝酸咪康唑的棉织物,其抗菌性能好于未经MCT-β-CD改性,直接充载硝酸咪康唑的织物.经改性后的织物水洗10次后,其抗菌性能仍保持在65%以上. MCT-β-cyclodextrins (MCT-β-CD) were grafted onto cotton fabrics and a novel kind of anti-ba cterial fabric was prepared by filling the anti-bacterial agent (miconazole nitrate) into caves of β-CD fixed onto t- he fabrics. The optimum conditions for MCT-β-CD grafting onto cotton fabrics were: MCT-β-CD 80 g/L, Na2CO3 60 g/L, curing temperature 160 ℃and curing time 3 min. Compared with the unmodified fabric, the anti-bacterial property of fabric modified with MCT-β-CD before filling miconazole nitrate was better. The anti-bacterial properties of the modified fabrics could keep over 65% even after 10 times of washing.
