摘要
涤纶纬编装饰布经过阻燃、拒水整理后,被赋予耐久性的阻燃效果.20次室温洗涤后,阻燃效果无明显变化.其阻燃指标符合GB5455-85《纺织物阻燃性能测试垂直燃烧法》B1级标准要求.采用表面抗湿性测定方法AATCC22-1977喷射试验法检测,其拒水性能达到4级以上.较佳的助剂用量:阻燃剂尼普威DFR20%(owf),拒水剂KH10012g/L.
The weft knitting polyester decorative cloth was endowed with durable flame resistant effect after flame retardant and water repellent finishing. The flame resistant effect nearly unchanged after 20 times washing at room temperature. The index of flame resistance met the demand of level B1 of standard GB 5455- 85＂Flammability test of textile -Vertical burn method＂. The water repellence could reach over level 4 by ＂Determination of resistance to surface wetting＂ AATCC22-1977 spray test. The optimal assistant dosage was： 20% （owf） of flame retardant Nupwell DFR and 12 g/L of water repellent KH100.
