摘要
根据引进高得率热磨机工艺特点和其对控制系统的技术要求,本设计采用可编程序控制器PLC,将高压、低压、自动化仪表和计算机技术综合在一起,完成工业生产过程控制,使高得率磨浆-目前世界先进水平的制浆方法在我国得到实际应用。实践表明,该PLC控制系统工作可靠、操作方便,取得良好效果。
According to the process feature of high yield defibrator and technical requirements for its control system, this design combines high - voltage, low - voltage, automation instruments and computer techniques together by means of programming controller PLC to carry out tile industry process control and put the high yield pulping method into the application. The practice has proved that the PLC control system operates reliably and conveniently and makes good effect.
