返魂草营养元素与绿原酸含量变化规律研究 被引量:3

摘要 为探讨返魂草体内N、P、K三要素与绿原酸含量的变化规律,于通化县修正返魂草生产基地定期取样,采用HPLC法测定绿原酸含量,常规方法测定营养元素含量。结果表明,在年生育期内,返魂草体内N与K含量变化规律相似,在拔节期和开花坐果期有较大变动;在营养生长和生殖生长时P含量有明显波动,尤以营养生长时P含量较高。三者含量最高峰出现在拔节盛期,绿原酸最高含量出现在由营养生长转入生殖生长时,这说明营养物质的合成与有效成分的合成不在同一时期,绿原酸的合成以营养物质的合成为基础。营养元素和绿原酸均在植株枯萎时含量最低。 The Senecio cannabifolius Less were sampled at rugular intervals from production base in Tonghua county. The content of N, P, K in its leaves were measured with conventional method, and chtorogenic acid content with HPLC method. The results showed that the content of N changes greatly during growth phase of the year, appearing the same changes regulation as K. While P changes during vegetative and reproductive stages, especially in the former stage. The highest peak of N, P and K appeared in the jointing stage, while the maximum content of chlorogenic acid showed from vegetative stage to reproduction stage. It proves that the synthesis of nutrient and chlorogenic acid are in different stages, and the synthesis of later is on the basis of former. The contents of all the nutrient element and chlorogenic acid are the lowest during the stage of withering.
