摘要
为解决小安培的塑壳断路器分断能力问题,介绍了CM1-100型塑壳断路器分断能力的解决方案。在保证原断路器性能参数和成本的情况下,对断路器热磁脱扣部分进行了改进。可使电流做到更小,在相同的分断电流情况下,改进后的断路器比现有断路器更易分断,提高了产品的可靠性,降低了生产成本。
In order to solve the breaking capacity problem of small ampere moulded case circuit-breakers, introduction was made to a solution plan for the breaking capacity of model CMI-100 moulded case circuit-breakers. In conditions to assure the performance parameters and cost of the original circuit-breaker, improvement was made to circuit-breaker thermal magnetic tripping part to make current much smaller. Under the same breaking current conditions the improved circuit-breakers were easier to make breaking than existing ones, which raised the reliability of products and cut down the cost of products.
