摘要
防治瓦斯事故在理论上是切实可行的。防止瓦斯积泵和杜绝火源是防治瓦斯事故的重要手段。只要始终如一地坚持"以人为本"的思想,把"以人为本"真正落实在实处,进一步强化安全生产责任,防止瓦斯积聚和杜绝火源,就一定能够有效地防治煤矿瓦斯事故。
Gas control is feasible,if gas accumulation and fire source is prevented thoroughly.If the thought of ＂human being is essential＂can bepractised firmly and the safety responsibility can be strenthened to prevent gas accumulation and fire,gas accidents in coal mines must be controlled effectively.
