摘要
通过考查赤泥沉降速度、上清液透光率和底流压缩液固比三项指标,研究了抑制剂SDBS对溶出泥浆沉降性能的影响,并探讨了絮凝剂PAAS与可溶性淀粉对其沉降性能的影响。结果表明:加入SDBS后溶出泥浆的沉降性能较不添加SDBS的有所下降。絮凝剂PAAS与可溶性淀粉都能改善加入SDBS后溶出泥浆的沉降性能,且絮凝剂PAAS效果优于可溶性淀粉。添加0.05%絮凝剂PAAS后,溶出泥浆沉降10min时其沉降速度为12.47mm/min、上清液透光率为68.5%以及沉降30min时压缩液固比为4.33,其沉降性能满足生产要求。
Through tested sedimentation velocity of mud in slurry,transmittance of supernatant and the mass ratio of liquid to solid of bottom flow,the effect of sedimentation properties for inhibitor of SDBS to slurry have been studied.Also,it has discussed the changes of sedimentation properties after adding flocculant PAAS and hydrolysed starches in slurry which had mixed with inhibitor of SDBS already.The resultes indicate that the three indicators all decline after adding inhibitor of SDBS,comparing with the blank sedimentation of slurry.After adding 0.05% of PAAS sedimentation properties show that the velocity of mud in slurry for 10min is 12.47 mm/min,transmittance of supernatant is 68.5% and the mass ratio of liquid to solid is 4.33.And all of this is satisfy with production.
