氧化铍陶瓷材料由于热、电、核、力等性能优异,使其广泛地应用于众多领域。本文对BeO陶瓷在大功率电子器件和集成电路、核反应堆、耐火材料、计量测定等诸多方面的应用进展情况进行了回顾与总结。

Beryllium oxide displays outstanding performance in thermal property、eleltrical properties、nulear properties、force porperty and so on,which makes it widely used in many fields.This article summarises the application of BeO ceramics at high power electronic devices and integrated circuit、nulear reactor、refractory marterials、histomorphometry etc.
