摘要
在无刷直流电动机等效原理图的基础上,设计了反电势法转子位置检测电路;并分析了在不同的PWM调制方式下电动机端电压变化规律,通过公式推导和实验证明了采用单斩调制方式时,能有效抑制电动机端电压的波动;并采用同步起动方式,解决了无位置传感器无刷直流电动机静态下的起动问题。
In this paper, the Back-EMF detection circuit is designed based on the schematic diagram of brushless DC Motor. And variation rules in terminal voltage are analyzed in different PWM-modulated modes. Thruogh the formula and experiment, prove that the single PWM-modulated method can restrain the fluctuation of terminal voltage. In the end, the synchronizing starting-up method is proposed to start the brushless DC motor in static state.
