摘要
针对变频空调恒压频比控制时存在压缩电机低速范围转速波动大的问题,采用无速度传感器矢量控制方法,通过转速估计获得实时速度信号进行闭环控制,以减小压缩机的转速波动。为提高磁链观测的准确性,对转子磁链观测电压模型进行了改进,并构建了系统仿真模型。仿真结果表明该控制系统具有良好的静、动态性能,满足压缩机低速运行要求。
Speed ripple of compressor motor is serious in low speed range whcn constant voltage-frequency ratio control method is adopted. To solve the problem of variable frequency air conditioner control system, a speed sensorless vector control scheme is presented in this pa- per. Closed-loop control of the motor speed is implemented through speed estimation. Simulation model based on an improved rotor flux observation method is built up. The simulation results have proved that the control system has sound static and dynamic property, and meets the demand of compressor's performance at low speed.
