摘要
研究了风力发电机组并网及风电场对当地电网电能质量的影响,对接入电力系统的影响。分析了风电机组的输出功率特性,分析了风电机组对谐波、电压波动与闪变、电压跌落的影响。讨论了风电场对电力系统调频调峰的影响、对稳态电压的影响、对保护系统的影响,分析了不同风力机的设计方案和选型对电网电压的影响。指出控制系统的设计和优化对改善风电的电能质量,减小对电力系统的影响有积极的作用。
The impact of large-scale wind power integration on local power system is studied. Based on the output power performance of wind turbines, the effect of harmonics, voltage fluctuation and voltage flicker, and voltage dips caused by short-circuit are investigated. The impact of wind farm on regulation of power system load, voltage stability, relay protection system are focused, based on several typical wind turbines. The results show that based on the optimum control system and perfect design of wind turbine system, the power quality of wind burbine will be more perfect and the active operation on the reduction of negative influence to power system will be made.
