摘要
文章利用DEA模型对各地区义务教育经费的支出效率进行了评价,发现中西部地区的教育经费使用效率要高于东部地区。此外,我国的财政分权制度对各地区义务教育经费使用的效率也起到不同作用。
By using the DEA model, this paper evaluated the efficiency of compulsory education expenditure and found that the efficiency of central and western regions is higher than that of the eastern region. Besides, it is also discovered that the fiscal decentralization play a different role in compulsory education efficiency of the different regions.
