摘要
文章认为,随着国际金融一体化趋势的不断加快,金融创新的日益活跃,以及金融自由化思潮发展的影响,国际金融业呈现出高度的特殊性和复杂性,尤其是为了应对当前全球性的金融危机,构建金融风险防范法律制度尤为必要,包括完善金融监管和信息披露、激励相容、构筑金融机构防火墙和加强金融行业协会自律性等。
With the rapid development of financial globalization trends and financial liberalization, the growing of financial innovation, global finance field is showing particularity and complexity. To deal with the global financial crisis, the establishment of legislation of financial risk prevention is necessary, including financial supervision, information disclosure, incentive compatibility; financial firewall and self-discipline.
