新疆城市集聚能力评价研究——基于因子分析与聚类分析方法

Evaluation on the Urban Agglomeration Capacity of Xinjiang——Based on Factor Analysis and Cluster Analysis

运用多元统计中的因子分析和聚类分析方法,对新疆21个城市的经济集聚能力进行评价,首先利用因子分析方法从选取的变量中找出合适的因子,计算出各城市的因子得分,然后将这些因子作为变量,进行聚类分析,并根据实证结果对新疆各城市集聚能力的排名进行探讨。这些结果为政府进行城市整体布局、推动新疆城市化和城市体系的协调发展和整体进步提供了参考。

By the factor analysis and clustering analysis methods in multivariate statistics, an agglomeration economy analysis of twenty-one cities of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is conducted. First of all, factor analysis is applied to select the proper factors in the variables and calculate the factor scores of the cities, then the factors are taken as variables to conduct clustering analysis, these results providing a reference for the overall layout of the city and government to promote urbanization in Xinjiang and the coordinated development of urban system and the overall progress.
