摘要
为了解决国产双钢轮振动压路机存在的振幅不均匀性问题,通过对国产双钢轮振动压路机的振动测试,分析了引起钢轮振幅不均匀性的多种因素,建立了偏振模型,进行了Matlab仿真验证,并提出了改进方案。试验结果表明:压路机振动轮激振力作用中心面与振动体质心的重合程度是影响振动轮振幅均匀性的关键因素;振幅均匀性还与振动轮的制造和安装精度有关;改进后的试验样机,高幅振动时的振幅偏差由7.1%降低为2.9%,低幅振动时的振幅偏差由6.2%降低为1.5%。
In order to solve the problems about uneven amplitude of tandem vibratory roller made in China, this paper did the roller's vibration tests, analyzed the factors affecting uneven amplitude, established the polarization Matlab simulation model and put forward the solutions. The experimental results show that: if the surface of the vibratory wheel center on which the exciting force act is coincided with the centroid of vibration mass is the key factor to cause the uniformity of vibrating amplitude, the uniformity is related with the manufacturing and installating 6f the roller; the vibration of improved roller can be retested, when being high amplitude, the deviation of amplitude can be reduced from 7.1% to 2.9%; when being low amplitude, the deviation was reduced from 6.2% to 1.5%. 8 tabs, 9 figs, 8 refs.
