基于红外光电传感器的飞机主系统液压泵测速仪设计

Design of Velocity Meter for Hydraulic Pressure Pump in Aeroplane's Main System Based on Infrared Optoelectronic Sensor

摘要 为改进传统飞机主系统液压泵转速测试仪表,设计了以红外光电传感器、单片机以及液晶显示器为主要硬件的微型转速测试仪及其C语言驱动程序。红外光电传感器先采集液压泵旋转产生的脉冲,将其放大后送入单片机;再通过单片机定时器的中断计时和计数器对脉冲计数,计算出转速后将结果送入液晶显示器。为确保系统的软硬件设计正确,基于Proteus虚拟平台对设计进行了仿真。结果表明,系统的设计正确,运行可靠。 In order to improve the velocity meter of hydraulic pressure pump in plane's main system, the mini rotative velocity meter and C language driving program are designed with the main hardware including infrared optoelectronic sensor, single chip and liquid crystal display. Firstly, infrared optoelectronic sensor collectes the pulse of hydraulic pressure pump turning. Then, the single chip counts up the time and the number of pulse by its interrupt register and timer register. Lastly, the calculated results are sent to liquid crystal display. On the basis of Proteus software, the simulation of the whole design is conducted. The result shows that the design of the system is right and the system can work reliably.
