叙述了８０Ｃ１９６单片机和ＩＧＢＴ的优越性及在高频感应加热电源中的应用特点。详细介绍了结构合理的新型电流源并联谐振式逆变器，该装置采用了零电压关断及实时跟踪技术，充分利用驱动电路ＥＸＢ８４１慢关断特性，实现完善的过流过压保护。软件设计采用查表方式处理数据，以充分保证系统的适时性。
