为提高炉温均匀度，采用了电热体区间不等额功率分布，以及配合选用高精度控温仪表调节温升值。介绍了在工件淬火转移速度和淬火介质温度控制上的一些先进技术。
WT5”BZ〗In order to improve the furnace temperature uniformity of aluminium alloy quenching furnace, power is unequally distributed in heating zones and the temperature controllers with high accuracy used. Some advanced technologies about the quenching transfer speed and the control of quenching medium temperature are introduced.
